The quote 'they should stay and support us no matter what' is typical of today's players and indeed some 'modern' fans.
You have to ask the question of how much someone cares about the teams success if they are happy to stay and clap and cheer 'no matter what'.
As far as the players are concerned, loyalty is a two way thing.....three if you count Bilic who they just weren't trying for either.

If anyone is going to say anything, then it should be Noble as club captain. How he has the nerve to slag off our away support is beyond me, we have the best away support in the league. The man is dumb though, so you can see the idiot being drawn into this statement by the press and i bet the press are loving being abke to print this shit.

As for condemning, it is once again a massive over reaction. But, because its him, people will see what they want to see - you could just as easily read it as saying we're shit, and we need help from the fans. Its basically what he says, and would be deemed far less offensive. But again, it wouldn't make a very good headline. Stories like this happen to every CRISIS CLUB, every week. Tom CLEVERLY missing that penalty yesterday means we are the CRISIS CLUB for the next two weeks at least.

its not about defending him no matter what - although I prefer his, Noble's, Collins etc attitude over many of the mercenary cunts we have now.
As far as I'm concerned, his lifestyle has improved dramatically since Nolan left and he settled down. I've seen no evidence at all that he's still constantly out boozing, and if he was I'm pretty sure it would be all over TWITTER. Just like it was the one time he did go out and get shitfaced.

It's not exactly slagging off, I'll grant that, but given the situation we are in, given what the fans have had to put up with in the last couple of years, and given what this cunt is about on and off the pitch, he should shut his fucking mouth and concentrate on him and the players putting it right.
I know you've taken the stance to defend him no matter what, so I get what you're doing, but you know full well the cunt should not be saying stuff like that, he needs to start contributing to the fucking cause, and lay off the booze, especially the night before games.

GRIFF, taking away anything outside of purely what he has given us back on pitch (I know what I know, but it's pointless discussing his off field excursions on here, because it'll just get the BEARD treatment) he has not completed half a season fit for us in any season, and has not managed 100 starts in those 6 seasons combined.
A player with THAT sort of record who cost £18mil (when that was still very big money) and is on circa £100k per week, should really try to engage his thick fucking Geordie brain a bit more before slagging off the people that spend hard earned money helping to pay his undeserved wages.
The man is a fucking shithouse, unfortunately given the cunt we are appointing, we'll still be trying to build our game around him in 5 years time, and he's still be out injured for most of it.
